The monumental neo-Renaissance building of the Sokol Hall was built in 1897.
In its times it was one of the largest gymnasiums in Bohemia and it still serves its purpose. Adjoining municipal park was set up in 1885, in the south–west corner of the park there is a memorial to victims of the World War I. by architect Alfred Wenzel.
