The information centre offers a range of information and services for tourists.

Information about tourist attractions in Mladá Boleslav and its surroundings and an overview of cultural and sports events are available, and tickets to cultural events in Mladá Boleslav and its surroundings are sold here. If you are looking for accommodation, the information centre offers information about accommodation, catering and other services available to tourists.

Promotional materials – postcards, hiking and cycling maps, brochures and other tourist publications are available here for purchase. The information centre also sells tickets to cultural events in the Ticketportal, Ticketstream and eVstupenka presale networks. You can also find out about train and bus timetables here.

The information centre’s services include public internet access, photocopying, printing, laminating, scanning and ring binding.

The information centre offers several interactive features for the youngest visitors. They can slide down the slide shaped like the Michalovická putna castle, climb on a rope playground above a birds-eye view of Mladá Boleslav, recognise famous personalities of the Mladá Boleslav region and play themed games focusing on these personalities.

An interactive information panel and an information kiosk in front of the entrance with access to our website provides information outside the opening hours of the information centre.
